On Friday, December 6th we will celebrate the Feast of St. Nicholas with Liturgy at 10 am followed by lunch and festivities. Everyone is asked to bring a wrapped, untagged gift (valued at $10).

The MYA will be selling cooked wheat berries and traditional sweets in celebration of Saint Barbara’s Feast, on Sunday December 8th after the 11:00 Liturgy. Join us to celebrate this beautiful traditional feast. (Feel free to come disguised!)

Our next meeting is Thursday, December 12th at 7pm at the Parish Center (Independence).
We are taking a break from reading a book this month, and instead will gather for a fun night of Charades and other games. We will also discuss the meaning of certain Christmas traditions such as: Why the color green and red? What does the candy cane symbolize? How did the story of Santa come about? and more.

Groundbreaking For The New Pavillion
Construction of the new pavillion on the main campus in Independence, Ohio has begun. The first phase entails running all of the required utilities to the pavillion area.
